Peter founded codeSource to bring high-trust, practical technology delivery to Australian businesses. He previously spent ten years in senior leadership at Dimension Data and NTT Global, running a national enterprise business unit in Australia and managing global strategic partnerships with DellEMC, VMware, NetApp and Cisco while leading go-to-market development across multiple geographies. He holds an MBA from AGSM at UNSW Business School.

Non-Executive Director
Mark is Chief Executive Officer of Protogen Technologies, a Sydney-based high-performance-computing and data-insights business he has led since 2004. He brings a pragmatic, cash-first lens to the codeSource board, with a particular focus on commercial discipline, governance and shareholder relations, drawing on more than two decades of operator experience and a seat on the investment committee at Seed Space Venture Capital. Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering from QUT.

Jason is Founder and Managing Partner of Utiliti Group, a global network of investors and operators co-investing in high-growth technology businesses across Australia, the US and the UK. A four-time founder with 25 years in tech-enabled services, he sold his previous business, BlueFire, to Dimension Data in 2008 and then served as Global CTO for Services at Dimension Data and NTT. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Connah is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of codeSource, leading delivery on its most demanding engagements. A seasoned technologist with more than 20 years across banking, funds management, superannuation and healthcare, he pairs deep full-stack and data engineering skills with a calm, customer-first manner. His earlier career spanned quantitative and data roles at Macquarie Group and others. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemistry and Microbiology from QUT.

Non-Executive Director
Ettienne brings three decades of global enterprise IT leadership to the codeSource board. He spent 30 years at Dimension Data, including as Global Chief Technology Officer for both Dimension Data and NTT Ltd, helping grow the company into a USD 11 billion services business operating in more than 70 countries. He and Peter worked together at Dimension Data for ten years before he stepped back in 2020 to invest in and mentor growth-stage technology businesses.
